Last Saturday I went to see Ra Ra Riot play a show at the Granada Theater. I had a great time!! Greenville was lively after the St. Patty's Day parade so energy was high! I love the Granada because it's so small and you're so close to the stage no matter where you stand. Ra Ra Riot sounded awesome live. The band is made up of three guys and two girls who play the cello and violin which give the band their unique sound. The band members had a chilled out demeanor but they're performance was super peppy and uplifting. The crowd was fun too! Down in the pit there were a group of fans who synchronized hand gestures in the air to the different tempos of the songs. I had a great time! I love the sensory stimulation of live concerts. It's such a fun atmosphere, and great people watching too. Ra Ra Riot was a great random discovery at a record shop back home...
LISTEN NOW! but overall I say Bravo Bravo Ra Ra Riot, can't wait for your next album and your return to Dallas!!
